DocuGuide AI is a conversational assistant powered by Cortext AI on Snowflake. It continuously ingests and indexes technical documents including CAD logs, design specifications, troubleshooting guides and PDFs into an LLM-driven knowledge base. When a user asks a question through the web interface, the chatbot uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to retrieve relevant content and generate a clear, accurate response with references. By combining semantic search with generative AI, DocuGuide AI delivers precise, contextual answers along with direct links to the original documentation.
